The best way to get a real sense of CrossFit is to stop by and take one of our free Intro to CrossFit Classes. Each includes some careful instruction on basic movements, a mini CrossFit workout based on those movements, and a further explanation of how our methods produce the results that they do.
Our Intro to CrossFit classes are suitable for all fitness levels. We know that trying a new workout class or gym can be intimidating, and we’ve built our Into classes to allow anyone to jump right in, regardless of the shape they’re in.
Our beginner classes are by appointment only. Please sign up here at least a day in advance to reserve your spot. Classes are limited to 5 people and do fill up often so don’t delay. Classes are held on:
Monday evenings at 6:00pm | Saturday afternoons at 10:00am
After trying out a Intro to CrossFit class most people are ready to get started: they realize they’ve been wasting a lot of time in the gym, and that CrossFit will get them in the best shape of their lives, fast. The next step, then, is our Elements Workshop.
Elements is a two week / 6-session program that covers the basics of CrossFit. You’ll practice perfect form on the movements that make up our workouts, learn how to scale movements appropriately to your own individual current fitness and skill level, and start ramping up your fitness with a CrossFit workout at the end of each class.
Please contact us at least a day in advance to reserve your spot. We can also accommodate private lessens for an additional charge if you are unable to make it to one of the scheduled classes. If you make an appointment and do not show up there is a $20 “no show” fee. Our Elements workshop series begins every two weeks and is a series of classes that is best if completed in order.
